Oh!!!! It's Summer...

The sun is hottier, the sky is bluer, and the beaches are golden and tempting...Many people are now saying "What is your plan for summer?"

We have plenty of summer activities to do --out of towns, going to beaches, enroll in short courses, engage in sports, malling or shopping or just chillin' at home.



As we know, all of these equates money. We don't need to spend much of our savings just to unwind and refresh ourselves from our draining works.

Vacation doesn't necessarily be too expensive in order to enjoy and relax to relieve summer heat.The most important is how we value and treasure the moments with our families and friends.

The voting is still on going for the 2nd stage on the New 7 Wonders of the World wherein Philippines national representative is the "Puerto Princesa Subterranean River" under Group E with category - Forest, National Parks, Natures Reserves.

I've been there in this place and was amazed of the natural formation of stalactites and stalagmites plus you've got to enjoy as you navigate the underground river and discover its preserved beauty.

We have until July 7, 2009. Support our entry and make it into the final and be declare as one the New 7 Wonders of the World.

Cebu Pacific Zero Fare Promo

Cebu Pacific offers zero fare to ALL its domestic and international flights. Promo runs from May 15-18, 2008 and is valid for travel from June 9 - Dec. 31, 2008.

When I received an alert, I was so excited and started to look at the calendar for an appropriate date (most probably with holidays) for longer vacation. I am hoping this time I can grab a seat for my first international flight.

Fare is for free but we still need to pay for an applicable fuel taxes and surcharges. And of course, a lot cheaper than a regular fare.

For everybody's information, the New 7 Wonders of the World was officially declared in Lisbon Portugal last July 7, 2007. People arould the globe will have participation on chosing the symbols of our common world.

As a travel enthusiast and proud citizen of the Philippines, I am suporting our country's drive for the inclusion of our three tourist spots for the online search on the new "Seven Wonders of Nature" namely: Chocolate Hills in Bohol, Tubbataha Reef and Puerto Princesa Subterranean River (Underground River) both in Palawan.

Cebu Pacific - One Peso seats

Cebu Pacific is now offering back on 1 peso seats for Cebu to Bacolod, Iloilo, and Cagayan. The seat sale will run from April 26, 2008 to June 30, 2008 and is good for travel on the same period.

They are also offering P888 pesos seats for its direct flight from Cebu to Macau and Taipai. Seat sale can be avail from April 26 to 30, 2008 adn is valid for travel from May 1, 2008 to June 30, 2008.

ALL fare is exclusive of surcharges and taxes.

Asian Spirit - Zero Fare on its 12th Years

Asian Spirit celebrates its 12th years anniversary and they are giving away 12,000 free seats on all of its domestic flights (exclusive of surcharges and taxes).

PAL Express - 88 pesos domestic seats

Philippine Airlines is launching a new unit to meet the growing demand of the traveling public for a lower cost flights with a high quality carrier named it "PAL Express". With its Cebu hub and some flights out from Manila, they will fly to intra-regional routes in Visayas and Mindanao.

PAL Express is scheduled to take off on May 5, 2008 with eight flights daily between Manila and Boracay and on May 19, its Cebu-hub operations will commence with flights between Cebu and Bacolod, Caticlan, Tacloban, Butuan and General Santos.

With these new services, they are offering a promotional fare of P88 (excluding surcharges & taxes) for flight from its Cebu hub.

Promo runs until May 18, 2008 and is good for travel between May 19 to August 15, 2008.

Travelling has been my great fervor for almost 8 years. I cannot imagine why I am into it as during my childhood days and even during my school years I always prefer to stay at home. I am a shy type of person who doesn't mingle with people and even doesn't open up conversation with others.

Everything in this world changes. This conversion on my life is something I must consider an achievement. This exposed me to distinctive opportunities from simply gaining more friends, discovering mother nature, independence and even help me gain self-esteem which is of ample importance.
