Hong Kong Tour

Almost a year in the making and finally the long wait is over. I had booked our plane ticket via Cebu Pacific promo last Oct. 2009 with flight in Aug. 2010. For just 1000 pesos round trip (Cebu-Hongkong-Cebu), we booked 6 days and 5 nights (Aug. 19-24) for 12 and only 6 have made it.

Itinerary was plotted last July with estimated budget of P15,500 per persons. Below is the summary:

Day 1 - Ngong Ping 360/Giant Buddha/Po Lin Monastery/Wisdom Path/Tai O Fishing Village and Stitle-House

Day 2 - HK Disneyland

Day 3 - Macau Tour

Day 4 - The Peak and Kowloon Attactions

Day 5 - Ocean Park

Day 6 - Shopping (just Window - out of budget...lol)

The trip was auspicious and incline with the budget. I will be posting soon our pictures...

For those interested on our detailed itinerary with actual expenses, feel free to send me mail or comment and I will be willing to share.

Arrival at Hongkong International Airport at around 1 am (Aug. 19, 2010). Get some brochures, map and travel guides then proceed to immigration and then claim baggage and take some pictures at the airport lobby.

We then proceeded to bus terminal and rode bus N21 going to our Hostel (HK Taisan Guesthouse) at Nathan Road. Arrived there at around 3:30 am then take a short sleep to prepare for our first adventure - Cable Car ride at Ngong Ping 360.

Day 1 - coming soon....
